The user’s consent to request information through one of the contact or registration forms and by checking the acceptance box of this policy is the legitimacy for the use of user’s data.
Conservation: Bunkermusik will keep user data until their removal is requested or the user cancels them from the system through the button “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT” present in his personal dashboard, as it is in their right by the new privacy law.

If you use this right you will no longer be able to access this client area, your history order, your downloads or any other information associated with your user account. You can find this method in your personal customer dashboard, in the box “DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT“. Also, we delete from our servers every 7 days with no exception all backups and information copies including customers data files and service providers informations according to the NEW REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL from April 27, 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Regulation general data protection).
With the aim of safeguarding the personal data provided, Bunkermusik has adopted all the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the same for their alteration, loss, and unauthorized access or treatment.
